Q: What alternatives do I have a process a booking, or if I have a booking question?
A: We prefer bookings to come via the website as we have an integrated booking system. If you are having difficulty with this or a question, then please use the Contact US page and we will respond as soon as possible.
Q: How do I know when to pay the balance on a workshop that I have paid a deposit for?
A: We will email you a reminder, but generally all balances must be paid 8 weeks before the workshop starts latest.
Q: I don’t not have a credit/debit card or Paypal, how do I pay?

Q: Is my deposit refundable if I have to cancel?
A: Cancellations are accepted and full refunds are available within 14 days of the booking, known as the ‘Cooling Off Period’. Any cancellation by the client must be made in writing. The date on which the email is received by us will determine the basis of any termination date. After the 14 days cooling off period the deposit is not refundable. For any cancellation up to 8 weeks before the Workshop date the balance above the deposit up to the full price is refundable. If the cancellation is after 8 weeks prior to the workshop no refund will be given and the full amount is fully payable. All workshop refunds are subject to a £20 admin fee. Q: I’d like to bring my partner along - is this possible?
Yes absolutely, please let us know which workshop you're interested in and we will work out a cost for your partner, it is normally 70% of a full place, but tuition will not be given to non-full paying partners.
